COMMERCIAL LICENSE
The broadest self-serve tier — for growing businesses, agencies, and larger commercial projects that need more flexibility than Indie Creator, without stepping into Broadcast territory.
What you can do
Use the licensed track(s) across an unlimited number of projects produced by your own company — the same scope as Indie Creator (for-profit web content, brand/corporate video, games and apps, web series, non-broadcast advertising), just without the three-project cap. This is the tier for a studio, agency or brand that expects to reuse the catalog repeatedly rather than for one campaign.
What’s not covered
- Broadcast, theatrical, or paid-streaming distribution — see the Broadcast tier
- National advertising campaigns — see the Broadcast tier
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the track itself to a third party outside your own company
- Licensing tracks on behalf of a client as a standalone product (that’s a resale, not covered here) — client work using the track inside a project you’re delivering is fine
Duration & territory
Perpetual and worldwide once purchased, for as long as your company continues to exist in its current form.
Content ID protection
Tracks in the catalog can be whitelisted against Content ID claims through our distributor for licensed buyers — if a claim shows up on your video, get in touch with your order details and we’ll clear it. (This is a manual process for now; an automated on-site whitelisting flow is a possible future improvement, not something this license depends on.)
Delivery
Delivered as the same preview-quality files available on the site, unless a different format is agreed at checkout.
A note on this document
This page is written in plain English on purpose, but it’s still the legal terms that govern how someone can use a track they’ve licensed — so it should be reviewed by a lawyer before it goes live, as flagged on your own pre-build checklist. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
