ALL-ACCESS LICENSE
One payment. The entire Weary Pines catalog, as it exists on the day you buy it.
What you can do
All-Access unlocks every track in the catalog as it exists on your purchase date, under whichever of the Creator, Indie Creator, or Commercial terms best matches how you’re using a given track — read those three pages for the specifics of each. You’ll get a dated list of exactly which tracks were included, since new collections added after your purchase date aren’t covered.
What’s not covered
- Broadcast, theatrical, or paid-streaming distribution for any track — see the Broadcast tier
- Any track added to the catalog after your purchase date (a fresh All-Access purchase, or buying that new pack directly, would cover it)
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any track itself
Duration & territory
Perpetual and worldwide once purchased — this doesn’t expire and isn’t a subscription.
Content ID protection
Tracks in the catalog can be whitelisted against Content ID claims through our distributor for licensed buyers — if a claim shows up on your video, get in touch with your order details and we’ll clear it. (This is a manual process for now; an automated on-site whitelisting flow is a possible future improvement, not something this license depends on.)
Delivery
Delivered as the same preview-quality files available on the site, unless a different format is agreed at checkout, along with the dated track list mentioned above.
A note on this document
This page is written in plain English on purpose, but it’s still the legal terms that govern how someone can use a track they’ve licensed — so it should be reviewed by a lawyer before it goes live, as flagged on your own pre-build checklist. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
